1. EXISTENCE OF A CONTRACT BETWEEN US
We must receive payment for the services before your request for a detailed Cost of Motoring Forecast can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order shall create a legally binding contract between us. The price payable for our online vehicle Cost of Motoring Forecast is the price displayed on this website or agreed with you when you sign your order. Prices will state clearly whether they include VAT, and the period of time you can access the data. If you purchase a number of credits to access the data in the future, we reserve the right to withdraw these credits if they are not utilised within three calendar months of payment.
2. USE OF THE SERVICES
Please remember that a Cost of Motoring Forecast is a guide only. The values provided by this service are not current values or guaranteed future values and are only a guide. All data is based on vehicles in a condition taking into account their age and normal usage, and does not factor in either especially hard or gentle vehicle use.
Adding Vehicle Options (if this service is available) will either increase or decrease the CO2 emitted by the vehicle you choose. This may affect the Benefit in Kind Tax paid by drivers, Employer’s National Insurance and the Road Fund Licence cost. This website or application tool will not increase or decrease the CO2 calculation when you add Options. CO2 data only relates to the base model in each range. You will need to establish the precise amount of CO2 on a chosen vehicle when placing an order with your supplier. We accept no liability for incorrectly calculated Benefit in Kind Tax, Employers National Insurance or Road Fund Licence cost when ordering and purchasing your vehicle.
The data and services offered or found on our website or application tool may only be used for your personal purposes and only in accordance with these terms and conditions. In consideration of our agreeing to permit you to use the Website to search our database of vehicles, you agree that you will only use, reproduce and print materials comprising the results of such searches for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
The information in these pages may be updated from time to time and may at times be out of date. We accept no responsibility for keeping the information in these pages up to date or liability for any failure to do so, or for any technical or data inaccuracies.

The data offered on this website derives from original data provided by car manufacturers and other suppliers. Those manufacturers and suppliers have full control over the data they supply to us and we cannot be held responsible for any erroneous, out-of-date or incomplete data found on its website.

You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this website and the internet generally. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss of profits that result from the use or inability to use the website or for any products, information and services purchased on the website.
